Manuel lives in a mountain village where, with difficulties, he tries to form his own family; until his uncle Horacio reappears. Along with Manuel's brother Oscar, they found an underground business where they simulate people's deaths, allowing them to escape their lives. Everything works well until one night a client dies and Manuel disappears. Now, Horacio offers him a substantial payment for one last job: simulating the death of the accountant of a local cartel, unaware that Oscar plans to betray them and escape with the loot that night.
