In 1992, photographer Masahisa Fukase retreats into darkness, confronting his past through photography. His tumultuous life, marriage to Yoko, and obsession with ravens converge. His New York exhibition brings success but also marital strain. Fukase, immersed in chaos, seeks redemption through his art, photographing ravens as a release. His divorce from Yoko, family troubles, and his withdrawal from the world mark his tragic fate. In 1992, he invites colleague Shoda to photograph his suicide, but the arrival of Miyako Ishiuchi reignites his creativity. Despite the tragedy and a catastrophic injury, Yoko cares for Fukase until the end of his days.
