This modern fable with echoes of David Lynch's cinema and filmed from the perspective of a victim of gender violence, tells the story of María and her baby Ramiro confined to an apartment. María experiences the traumas caused by the attacks she suffered, a social worker who threatens to take the baby from her (a MacGuffin) and the probable return of her aggressor husband. While she sees her neighbours through the windows, she lives the lives of others as the only communication with the outside, not realizing that a neighbour of hers is stalking her in turn. Maria's maternal instincts will be able to protect her and her baby from all threats except her own madness.
