The Four Directions

 

Neus, Núria, Anna, and Sara have just entered their fifties. When they were entering adolescence around 1986, each of them wrote a letter to be opened in the distant future. In those letters, they captured their wishes and expectations. Also, at that moment, they decided that once a year, they would go to a photo booth to take a picture together.
This decision has allowed them to keep their relationship alive. Thirty-seven years later, we retrieve those letters and the series of photographs to see how the passage of time has acted upon them and, through them, how time has changed.
