Paula arrived in La Sierra 50 years ago, Amalia and Liliana were born in the city, and Paloma has returned to La Sierra to a boarding school for girls to reconnect with her origins. Oasis is the story of this family of Rarámuri women who live in an urban settlement in Chihuahua and find themselves between two worlds. Together they will search for a way to maintain their identity in a globalized world and struggle to build their own community with their own rules, far from violence, addictions and drugs.
