Adrián, an independent filmmaker, receives a desperate call from his sister asking him to return home and help with their father Ricardo. Adrián hasn't seen or spoken with his father for over 20 years. Ricardo was always a hedonistic, sarcastic and somewhat chaotic man. After losing Carmen, his partner, to cancer, and having suffered two strokes, he is now half paralysed and blind in one eye. His grief and difficulty moving have plunged him into a deep depression that he drowns in alcohol, pills and constant talk of dying. Before facing the decision to request euthanasia, he will need to deal with unresolved issues.
